Haven't got a lot going on, having a huge clear out of my room so i'll have a cupboard spare for sewing/craft stuff. Ooo and i scanned in some vintage cards and stuff for PHOTOSHOPPING, a quick couple first!

I also found taking a huge pile of lense filters and putting them all on your camera at once makes things mega sparkly!!

Wish my room was that sparkly in real life :(

Should go do some drawing of birdies now, meant to hairwrap my hair in black with bells today, will do it later this week instead (i keep meaning to!).

Boop boop boop (i'm booping your nose)!!! I'm back for more show and tell (i'm still booping your nose), keep trying to make myself sort my CV and portfolio out but drawing and painting is much more fun. I also keep meaning to continue knitting, does anyone know any good beginners projects that isn't a scarf?! Oh oh, before i get on to drawings, i have to just quickly show you these amazing kitties i found at a jumble sale the other day!

Helllooooo! I haven't a lot to say so lets just dive in. First of all is the white chiffon tutu and flower sash i made, i can't decide on whether or not to sew little blue flowers on it or not like this skirt (haha bit of advertising for my etsy shop too hahah)? What do you think?

Haven't posted for nearly two weeks so i thought I'd do a quick post! I've got work to do on my portfolio (Uni application time D:) plus I'm taking a short course 'designing a collection' so I can't be bothered to take blog photos! I have quite a few things to show you though so here's a sneak preview of some of them webcam style-y!

Happy new year and all that jazz! I'm still keeping up with my resolution to keep a diary so my year had better be bloody good cos i want beautiful memories to look back on one day. Anyway, today is the big reveal (kinda like on early 2000's decorating programmes where they'd stick a bin bag over a door and then slice it open with a craft knife at the end when the people get to see what the designers have done to their house...*"!(£)! that didn't make any sense, if you know what I'm on about, i love you) on what i used those blessed dolls eyeballs for! YAY! The first thing is a black velvet and lace yolk necklace, it's got plaited fake hair looped all over it as well as the doll eyes for extra yuk. Caroline good luck (I've got my own brand of good luck now) is being sent your way if you remember this time last year when i made that Victorian style hair bracelet by the way.

Most people will probably think it's really vile and just say they like my velvet dress/find something else to mention instead, I'm kinda used to this happening on my blog now, hahahhahahaha!

On to pretty/vulgar thing with eyeballs whacked on to it #2...couldn't be bothered to get changed in to something that would go with this necklace so i just look photos of it hanging up. It's lace with wee lil paper flowers weaved in to it, and a cute peach bow WITH AN EYE BALL STUCK ON IT.

Yarrrrrr, that's all the eyeing up you're getting tonight (totty!) so TA-RA!!!!! Onwards to more eyeball glueing adventures!

I'd say Merry Christmas but it's too late for that now, hah! I hope you all had a nice day anyways. I haven't been around here in what feels like AGES. So I'll do a special bumper edition instead! First of all a few doodles i scanned in (they're a tad rubbish but i never blog anything i like too much or else i start screaming 'DONT YOU DARE STEAL MY IDEA-DON'T YOU RUDDY-BLOODY DAAAAAAAARE' as i upload the photos)...

Quick post today but i had to show you the illustration Safiri did of me (MEGA flattered that people want to draw me-good gosh)! Not only that but i also seem to be emerging from beautiful orange crystals, thinking i should somehow get hold of crystal encrusted sleeves now?

Hello cherubs! Not a lot to post about today-just a quick one, i basically attempted to take a festive photo everyday up to Christmas for fun, but i did one and then gave up. But it's a snow bunny licking glittery snowflakes before it's cottontail fell off.

Then it bounced along to say hello to me.

You can sort of see my silky starry jumpsuit here too!

Then i grew a long long beard and plaited it cos it was tickling my belly button.

Artist Feature Four - Elisa Malo

Happy December everybody! If you've got an advent calendar i suggest we share what shaped chocolates we've had the past few days! I've been spending the last week sewing, Christmas shopping and doing general lovely makey things as I haven't got anything to do for a couple of weeks. I also think it's time to do another ARTISTT FEAATUUREE (WOO!). I've previously, very briefly mind, posted about Elisa Malo's work before but this time it's great to be able to include an interview too! This comes in perfect timing as i am currently even more hooked on the idea of wearing big bat wings and witch hats, so obviously Elisa's witchy, gothic dreamgirls appeal to me hugely!! It's like it's Halloween everyday-dreamy sigh. Take a look....talented eh?

Give us a quick bio about you and your artwork

My name is Elisa, I'm 22 years old, I create characters related to magic worlds, i love drinking ginger tea and spending time with my two cats :)

What inspires your artwork?

My artwork is mostly inspired by a large collection of images i save in my mind (some from what i see in the streets, some from the Internet, some from some music lyrics, etc ) they suddenly do click together and a new drawing is born.

Which other artists do you admire

I admire David Lynch and Harmony Korine very very very much.

When did you become interested in illustration?

I prefer to call drawings what i do rather than illustration, because i believe illustration is made by an idea already formed and drawing forms new ideas. I've been drawing since forever and really interested in it, professionally I've been interested in it for about 6 years ago

What is your favourite piece or project you've done and why?

My favourite projects will always change, but right now i really love working with the specific theme of homeless people's aesthetics. all which surrounds them

Where would be your dream place to see your work exhibited or which magazine/designer would you love to illustrate for?

For a start i want to have an individual exhibition in New York City.

What projects are you currently working on?
I keep working on my homelessness project, as well as exploring the drawing tablet i recently got, and trying to learn more about installation art and photography.

Strange Slushpuppy Craving Whilst Writing This Blog Post-Damn.

I'M BACK AGAIN SO GET SCARED AND GET PREPARED.....for a load of photos of stuff i made (decided to create myself a jewellery collection one afternoon) that i couldn't get good photos of. Isabel from Hipster Musings has recently started her own zine, Plant, and issue #2 is out already-she also very kindly featured a couple of my photoshop creations! Here is a small glimpse-ooo...

I highly recommend you go buy you own copy right away (ON SALE OVER HERE! CLICK!), it's a fashion, feminism and nature zine (some of my most favourite things evaarrr, eeeee!) and issue #2's theme is fantasy based (Caroline loves magic-k?) so it technically can't get much better.

I'M 19!!!!!!

It was my birthday yesterday! I am now officially 19 and yes i did have a unicorn banner up. To think i started this blog when i was 17, phew. I didn't do much, though i went to the Pitt Rivers museum in Oxford to see a cursed onion and a slug on a stick. Sooo, here is a quick post to show you a few of my presents, also i have found a way at last to take proper photos again in my room (you cant use flat screen tellies as tripods unfortunately) thanks to a handy shelf, though i haven't quite worked out where to stand therefore cutting myself out of most of these photos so be prepared for some webcam photos too. HELLO! Small interlude from Asosy stuff for HOLIDAY PHOTOS! I went away for an annual holiday down at the seaside for a few days this week. Mainly photos of my decorated hat. Normally every year i have to make a headband made from grass, twigs, shells, general beachy findings etc. This time i decorated my hat, with an added wizzardy troll-like a mermaid on a front of ship-i got from the 20p machine at the service station (i got a lot of trolls and 20p jewellery-trust me).

Artist Feature 3 - Eline Van den Broeck

Finally, feature number three is here, I have a virus on my laptop which is messing up Blogger for me (promise to catch up with all your blogs/reply to comments as soon as poss.)! This time i have an illustrator for you all, Eline Van den Broeck. Her work heavily features women and animals (mainly cats, i approve-obviously) in bold ink lines in her signature colours - pink, orange, red and black. Her work always reminds me of vintage children's storybooks, of which i'm always happy to come across on her Tumblr...plus it still leads me to believe i can go alone to the woods and befriend large bears, and if it's an Eline style bear it would probably be sporting a very fluffy, pink coat of fur.

1. Give us a quick bio about you and your artwork

23, Belgian colour and animal lover. I went into illustration without exactly knowing what it is but a creative combination of text and drawing. Three years later I still don’t know what it is precisely but a myriad of things. I’ve found my creative home here nevertheless.

2. What inspires your artwork?

Literally everything!

3. Which other artists do you admire

This is so hard to answer, people and their work that inspires me and that I admire shifts all the time. I actually have a blog to document that shifting (and to help me with my awful memory)! http://emu-memu.net/art/. Some works that keep inspiring me throughout all of that are obvious choices: Matisse, Japanese woodcuts, Rousseau, Ballets Russes. Currently I’m getting crazily visually inspired by Anna Kavan’s graphic language

4. When did you become interested in illustration?

It’s impossible to pinpoint that moment in time but it’s ever since I realised that it was all about combining text with image.

5.What is your favourite piece or project you've done and why?

I’d have to say that would be ‘mijn familie en andere beesten’ Not because it’s amazing or good or whatever but because that’s when, in my opinion, I first got to know what illustration means for me, got to know new methods and a way of working and generally had a lot of fun.

6. What projects are you currently working on?

I am currently working on broadening my style and themes and simultaneously a school project on cause and effect.

Artist Feature 2 - Abbey-Jade Birden

On to feature number two already, hopefully you're enjoying these features! This time we have another photographer, Abbey-Jade Birden. I've decided to mainly post the photos from one or two of her photo-shoots, simply because I really love the grungy goth-girl look she captured in them! You can see her photo-shoots labeled 'Light' on her website here, where she contradicts these darker themed shoots with a sweet, doll like, Japanese fashion style. You can read an Q&A with her after the photos!

Tell us a little bit about yourself and your work.
I'm a 17 year old Fashion and Portrait photographer based in West Yorkshire, with a slight Japan obsession and a short attention span! My work is a complete mess which I absolutely love, I don't particularly have a certain style as my mind changes so much which shows in my work and the way I dress. Sometimes I can't stand this about myself but then I sit back and realise that this is what makes me different as a photographer and that I should just embrace it instead of complaining.

What inspires you?
It's sounds extremely cliché but I am inspired by everything around me. So many times have I been sat on the bus just staring out of the window and something will catch my eye and the next thing I know I'm typing a shoot idea down into my phone before I lose it. I'm also extremely inspired right before I go to sleep too which is very odd, and the ideas that have come out of that have actually been some of my best.

What other photographers do you admire?
The first photographers to ever inspire me were Elliot Morgan and Lara Jade and I admire them so much because they give me hope that I will get somewhere with my photography, they help me to stay patient and take as many opportunities as possible as one of them may lead to something huge one day. As for famous photographers I am extremely fond of Ellen von Unwerth's work at the moment her Black & White work is simply amazing and inspires a lot of my own because I have a tendency to work in Black and white quite a lot. Tim Walker is another photographer who absolutely amazes me with each new piece of work, I can spend hours just browsing through his website and looking in amazement as he creates these wonderful new worlds.

When did you become interested in photography?
I became interested in Photography when I was 13 years old and I do not have a clue how it started! All I ever remember is my Dad giving me a small Kodak Digicam one christmas, breaking it and then falling completely in love with Photography. I'd always been arty as a kid and dreamt of being a Singer, Dancer, Fashion Designer, Interior designer (the list goes on) at various times in my life so I've never been particularly interested in doing a mundane job, and Photography is the only career my heart has really been set on.

What is your favourite shoot you’ve done so far and why?
Gosh I don't think I could pick a favourite but my strongest shoot would definitely have to be the Bones series which was shot for TURN Magazine. It was almost a complete disaster after having the Stylist drop out and then my make up artist getting lost on the day! Luckily the model's (Grace Olivia@Select) wardrobe was full of everything I needed for the shoot anyway and we had such a great time shooting it and I definitely need to produce more work like this. The location was actually right across from her house too! So it was an extremely lucky day and I am still in love with all of the photos now and wouldn't change anything about them.

What do you love photographing most?
I love Photographing people and really can't work in any other kind of Photography unless it's flowers which is a nice little release. Now this sounds strange every time I say it but I love to photograph girls that look young and fresh so I generally only work with girls that are 13-18, I'm not a huge fan of working with anyone that looks over 21! I also adore girls that are very unique/'weird' looking with long limbs and small heads, oh dear I sound like I'm describing an alien girl! I am terrible at explaining myself but I'm really not a fan of the ordinary at all.

If you could do a shoot for any designer or magazine, who would you choose?
Ooh I love this question, I have so many to choose from! Hmm the designers I would like to shoot for are Gareth Pugh, Rei Kawakubo, Jeremy Scott, Louise Gray, and I am a huge fan of Meadham Kirchhoff's at the moment. As for magazines I dream of shooting for I-D and Dazed and Confused one day, and also various Japanese Magazines such as Kera, Fudge and Spoon.

What projects/up and coming shoots are you currently working on?
Now that college has started again I will be shooting a lot more from now on, and I'm currently working on injecting a big dose of colour into my portfolio and making it a bit more magical than it is at the moment. I've also been asked to produce work for an exhibition in Leeds which I'm super excited about! Although I'm tossing so many ideas around at the moment that my brain may well explode soon.

Artist Feature Number 1 - Katie Eleanor

Hello my Dearest ones, I have something a little bit different for you this time round, I'm now starting a series of features on various artists, photographers, designers etc. So you shall be introduced to some rather talented folk over the next few weeks, PLUS this shall hopefully mean more regular posting! My first feature is with photographer Katie Eleanor.
Katie captures magical Tim Walker-esque worlds while her models roll around in the earth and skip through fields and meadows with bursts of pink and lilac smoke. They have such a perfectly dreamy feel to them with their soft, hazy light that they're making me miss summer already. I do now know, however, that this autumn i shall definitely be collecting pine-cones to twirl in to my hair to become a forest bunny.

What inspires you?

The concept of imagination.

What other photographers do you admire?
Tim Walker, Sarah Moon, entwined with a large host of young photographers like Allison Scarpulla and Marie Zucker.

When did you become interested in photography?
Aged 13, when I was obsessed with the freedom to create.

What is your favourite shoot you've done so far and why?
They all hold a special part in my heart, whether it was the talent I was surrounded by or the images it resulted in. Most recently my 'fawn' shoot made me feel like myself again and I am forever grateful for it.

What do you love photographing most?
Faeries.

If you could do a shoot for any designer or magazine, who would you choose?
I don't really have a favourite, I think just any magazine who gave me license to create and a designer with whose dreams ran in parallel with mine.

What projects/up and coming shoots are you currently working on?
Personal work is currently in the pipeline for the close future, to hopefully be followed with some fashion stories I've been craving to shoot for such a long while. I'm happy to be shooting with all my favourite muses again.

I haven't blogged for, like, two weeks or something!! I've not been feeling very creative, but i have a few photos of something i made a little while ago instead. It's another 'doo-dah'...let's say it's a 'leather collar with little sparkly stars and moons scattered over it', it has little hook and eye details and a waist chain too!

You know you love stars and moons almost as much as i do really. Well, that's all i have this time round, i have a few ideas for some iccle projects and the like, plus i'll hopefully be setting up selling online again soon so you blooming watch out for that! Thinking of doing a giveaway to promote it when i've set it up too!

I am far too tired for this so lets have a sleepy time post. Feel free to read whilst imagining a mobile hazily appear over this post with hanging baa baa's and tired giraffes spinning round..and round..and round...Argh, anyway, even despite the fact i couldn't get any photos that do it any justice particularly, here is the (how do i describe it!?) cat sleeve do-dah i made all by my little self that's attached to some under-wiring. Basically it's velvet, chiffon, covered in star shaped studs and makes a cat shape-hope that's a cool enough description for ya.

I know it looks bloody mad but the fun i have on photoshop makes up for it eh? ehehhehe.

Fluffy Coat Time!!!!!!

A few weeks ago i told you about the lovely things that Kaleidoscope are sending me. Well they've arrived and i'm very happy with them all! Of course i have some photos to show you all my new clothes. First of all is the Faux fur jacket, it's so beautifully soft and I really can't wait for the autumn to come round so i can wear it! It'd also be perfect for going over a little party dress for a wedding or a party!

I also really love these Lotus ankle boots, i adore lace up boots and they are exactly what i was looking for. I love wearing them with dresses and they'll go perfectly with my style!

I also got this suitcase which was absolutely perfect for taking to Camden with me last week! It's a fantastic size and all the little compartments were so handy and kept me very organized. I will definitely be using it a lot!

Overall i was really pleased with the quality of all the products and i know i'll be definitely using them all a lot! So i'd suggest you pop over to Kaleidoscope right now and see what you can find!

Some essential caterpillar birthday cake.

Hello and if you aren't celebrating Kate Bush's birthday with me today you can re-think your day right now. Put on Ken and carry on if you are however!! Anyway...Well i finally did my first Camden stall, it didn't go great, i've never seen Camden so dead and my stall was up a passage no one was going up! Everybody was so so lovely however and i'll be allowed a better stall next time seeing as i hand-make everything, i am still feeling quite positive about it, back on the job! Up we get! I'm still learning!

And i'm sure you've already guessed that i have more photos of what i have been making for you now. First up a velvet dress with leather hearts and bows on, worn with some of the most amazing 90's jewellery with Yin Yang symbols and Ankhs (i'm pretending it's a little ♀ cos it's the coolest feminist necklace ever don't care what yo sayin' ♀♀♀ cool.) on them!

Some more hair fascinators, made with flowers, leather bows, plastic ballerinas, studs, crosses and moons!

And just a couple of my new chokers i've made because i've already blogged far too many photos. Oops.

Hello my pumpkins, moon people and troops of wooly haired unicorns, are you ready to witness some more of my wee little creations? Good. Let's get cracking. First is this black velvet dress i altered with an embroidery panel and lots of little stud detail...

Next to twirl and curtsey before you is this dusty pink tutu with lots of rose buds sewn under the net, it can be pinned up to show some of the little flowers or left with them slightly showing through the net.

And the obligatory belt (this is the last belt you'll see in a while i think!) with a leather unicorn and star with lots of silver star studs!

Think i should stop right there! I should hopefully have my first ever Camden stall this Friday (the 29th)! Obviously Camden is quite hectic at the moment (poor Amy!) or so i hear so i'll keep you updated on what's going on, but hopefully i'll see some of you over the next few weeks when i'll be going down there :)

Hellooo, chums! I have just returned from holiday, did ya miss me? Lets just get stuck in shall we? Well first of all Kaleidoscope e-mailed me a few weeks back letting me know about their website, i had a look round and found some fantastic things!

I’ve been looking for some new boots after my current favourite pair broke the other week and seeing as I love little Victorian style booties and am always on the hunt for new ones, these ones are perfect!!

Hello and a big Peace Out to all my summer fruit cadets, Captain Cavemen and especially to all of my Teen Angels, how the devil have you all been doing? I officially left college for good today which at the moment feels terribly peculiar, but i suppose i shall be busy conducting plans for next year now, how exciting. But anyway-SUMMER HOLIDAYS WOO! Hello my dears, how is everything running on the choo-choo train tracks in your life? Welcome back to Caroline's super lovely realm of peach colours and caravans....oh yes, i went and visited your good old friend Mr Roald Dahl's cottage as the grounds were open to us humble public the other week.

I have also made you all a chiffon bustle with lots of shimmery little star studs scattered over it! It actually looks a lot more star encrusted and poofy in real life....

I thought you would all be DESPERATE to know that i'll be returning very shortly...either that or you haven't noticed at all that i haven't been here for two weeks...well, if THAT'S your attitude then i'm ripping up your Ergy-Erg certificate (it was your old swimming certificate you got with the 'Swimmy Happy Ducks Learning to Swim and Have Fun' club when you were five and managed to pretend to be a frog in water..i nicked it and scribbled out the title and wrote 'Special Ergy Erg Blog Reader Award' over it).

Anyway yeah, i'll be back in the next few days, which sounds like i'm going to come back with a huge bang and my blog will be action packed. It won't. I've finally finished quite a lot of my college work including all my collection, which i'll hopefully get photos of soon, and i am returning to project do what ever the heck i like/ project Camden.

Ahhh helloooo!!! I shall enter this post with much excitement as i have now reached the 300th follower mark, wayhey! Thank you to all of you, now i think we must move on before i get all emotional-sniff-weepy delight. The first thing i have for you this week are the ballerina cake toppers and the mini farm residents that have been lured in to my palms and had safety pins super glued on their backs. Fantastic brooch time.

It seems like the possibilities are endless now i own a superglue like substance. I also took a stroll down memory lane and bumped in to photoshop who cried in my arms and begged me to create some more photoshoppy images with all the amazing paintbucket and cropping tools it owned, like we used to in the good old days. So i had a bit of fun and larks.

Here is the part where i return in a largely dramatic fashion after pretending i don't exist around these parts for a WHOLE week and a half, phewey! Well, ok, that won't happen seeing as i am lacking a fog machine, some brambles and a big cape. Plus I have really only been somewhere inbetween college work and trying to think of what i can make for my future stall in Camden alongside watching strange early 70's movies. Not as dramatic as i would like. Moving on quickly, here is a red velvet dress i altered to become a lacey mini dress with a vintage handmade lace brooch, you can't really see the detail of the brooch very well but i assure you it's very sweet and delicate!

Also seeing as this is Caroline's-super-icky-lovely-times blog i think it's the perfect cue for some bluebell and windmill photos.

Seeing as we've got this far, how about tree climbing and countryside as an extra? (including a snail shell close up from a big tree covered in snails...are snail trees lucky to climb?)

And if this is putting you in the countryside mood then how about we don some big hedgehog costumes and dance Royal Ballet style? Trust me, youtube Beatrix Potter Ballet, there are more high quality videos out there (they wouldn't let me embed!) that are just wild, it's clearly hard to be elegant in a big toad head it seems...

There you are! There you are my little snuffaluffagus-cutesypooh-bunbun! I have been looking for you! I'm so glad you came home, now i can talk about my life at you again! So, what have i been up to? Toss all but i'm sure i can fill this post up with sweet treats for you anyway...well, let's start with an update on the dip dying my hair thing, the dye wouldn't stay in my hair so i had pinky tips instead, think i shall get it done professionally?

In other news i have been buying lots of things and buying things seems popular in blog land. I can't remember if i've already posted about this, but as you may or may not know, i'm working on (hopefully) getting a stall in Camden over the summer selling some of my designs and some reconstructed vintage stuff. So from now on i shall be busy planning it all out, i hope some of you will pop down and see me and my stall when it happens!!

Also brings the question up of do i or do i not sell this Lamby print jumper i hunted down??

I'm not sure i can bare to part with it :(

Also found some pretty sheer shirts, couldn't get very good photos of them but i'm sure some little gothy hipster kid shall enjoy the black one one day.

Hey hey hey, get over here, hey hey! Plus a very happy springtime to you if you are currently rolling around in springtime freshness. Today i even saw horses and a wild and free bunnykins hopping about in the countryside. I am also happy to say i have a little pot of wildflowers sitting in some water on my bedside, forget-me-nots, daisies and diddy little periwinkles. Luvlay.
Moving on, today i have the paper wig i've been working on all ready for you to peek at. It's to go alongside my collection i'm working on for college based on MoriGirls (as you may already know) to be used for mannequins in shop windows and such likes.

Hellllllllllllllllllooooooo! I am just popping by to make sure you are all doing well SEEING AS I'M ILL NOW. Anyway, continuing with this recent theme of being far too busy (finally finishing off my portfolio and even helping out with kiddy plays in a theatre...i got to play Alice's elder sister in Alice in Wonderland!) i'll have to show you the scary stuff i've made in my past...you've probably had my beloved creation shoved in your face quite a few times now but seeing as it's Spring i think it's time it hopped on by once again. HELLO HELLO HELLO HELLO HELLO. Pulling out more of the stuff i've made in the deep old past and sticking it over my head all so i have something to feed you in jiggedy jaggedy photoshop collage style.Yeeah, not sure me+camera button+style blogging is going to take off huge.

Corset Panel thingy whatsit with purse, silver bow and moon charm.

I'm sure you're not all terribly surprised that i love anthropomorphic Moons and Suns, especially the old Victorian ones. Though having said that i love any astronomical Victorian going-ons in clothing and headwear, i have decided the next time i have time i'm going to start working on the Moon headdress that i've wanted for so long. The lovely home made look of some of these make it even better.

Stay tuned and we'll see what i can come up with-once i start i hopefully will never stop.

Well of course i must always have an 'in other news' and this time i shall introduce you to Caroline the Butterfly Bush, named ever so graciously after yours truly, who i bought yesterday. Apparently come summer it will be COVERED in butterflies, and my favourites, moths. This is now a semi-plant blog too.

Neeowwww, wooosshhhhhhhh!!! wooooshhhh! OOOPPSS! YOU CAUGHT ME PRETENDING TO BE AN AEROPLANE!! I like being a helicopter best though. Right well, my word, i have just a few small offerings just for you this time round. Let's start off with a 'best finds i've found whilst rummaging through men's vintage on ebay' collage.

Yes i would happily wear all of them at once, especially the trousers, they are complete with rusty buttons, which reminds me i need to do something with my rusty button collection immediately. It also reminds me of my super amazing old man's trousers i bought ages ago and ATTACKED with sandpaper and scissors, i love them.

In other news the other day i saw The Railway Children which makes me want summer and some fun field adventures with plenty of white dresses and more porcelain brooches like in the birthday scene. Though it also makes me just want to lie around watching 70's kids adventure movies based around Victorian-30's children's stories like Swallows and Amazons during a long holiday. Cue lovely photos-

So this summer fingers crossed i will achieve my life goal of owning a Gunne-Saxish dress and ripping it to pieces during running around exploring in a dramatic adventure in the countryside, getting caught on thorns are a bonus. I hope i can find a cheap one lying around soon, either that or i'd better get sewing, i found even more vintage patterns (rather yukky ones too WOOHOO!) to add to the ones which fall all over my feet and floor when i open my wardrobe door.

I have finally sent off my 'mini portfolio' and all shall be resumed here! Hurrah-huzzah! I'll just begin with photos that you've already seen and edited in ways you've already seen me edit with, but it's a start so you'll just have to be polite! All my creativity has apparently gone on a holiday to New York or Scotland or somewhere perhaps a bit closer...i can't remember where it said it was going, but i hope it comes back feeling refreshed and SASSY.

Oh and also a big thanks to all my new followers i've gained recently! Aren't you all just so HANDSOME and LOVELY!!? I'd like to make you all thank-you letters and put lots of confetti inside. I'm going to have another romantic dinner with myself and then i'm going to have a romantic dance with myself which will all probably take place in my bedroom...all by myself...I'm actually looking forward to this! I'm going to pretend Donald Duck's come along! I really love being single way too much!! I'm going to tell all my favourite trinkets that i love them! I'm going to cuddle a ball of wool and tell it i love it. I'm going to look at my boots which have nearly had it and make funny chirpy, tweety, birdy noises when i walk now and tell them i love them. I'm going to look at all the pinecones and acorns i've collected over the years and tell them i love them. I'm going to go tell the daisy chains i still have from last summer i love them. I'm going to tell my camera and my mpFOUR player i love them. I'm going to tell all the bits of moss i've collected in the garden i love them. I'm going to tell all the tape measures i've collected from Christmas crackers i love them. I'm going to throw a romantic picnic for all my favourite things now...on my bedroom floor.

Another thing i love is GIFS (can you tell)! I've loved gifs for years now, the ones you get on 1,000,000 free images cds and the likes. But i've rather disappointingly have only learnt how to make hipster gifs...DON'T SCROLL DOWN IF YOU DON'T LIKE FLASHY HIPSTER GIFS YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED I TELL YOU.

A very happy windy gusty blowy galey February to you all! I like circuit bent toys and my new cat friend i found near the church that is a pretty shade of grey and ever so short. Just a little update for you there. Here is me in my insect dress i designed and made, it's so big i could probably hide inside it completely and tent outside.

In other news, there is a cupboard called the 90's cupboard and it throws out goods such as these. If i could have a secret little room at the back of our house to create things in it would definitely become a mini holographic birthday card workshop.

And if the silly photos of flowers from a disposable camera that everybody has isn't enough, my brother found me a hipster adventure book with space stickers for me to write all my amazing earthly hipster tales in. I wrote Caroline's on it too so nobody will steal my magical space visiting plans.

Moving on because i love JAMPACKED. I love pom poms and making pom poms and the whole pompomourious experience of twizzling multicoloured wool around cardboard.

I can't seem to form proper sentences today so i shall leave you with a rather annoying sounding and catchy song but it's called Geoffrey Ingram so we'll all really enjoy it cos i miss movie times.

Well it seems my blog has returned to being a tad abandoned as i'm now too busy once again. So we'll just make this another catchy up post. These are the fairy petal shoulder pads i made the other day, all i need to do is put some safety pins on and i'll probably put them up for sale in my Etsy.

This is the paper dress me and my college friends made the other day using a book of Shakespeare's poetry.

Some midnight photoshopping, i know you've probably seen very similar ones to these but oh well!

BUT on to the main point of me doing a post! This is a video of me playing my diddly bo on the radio, which made the presenter crack up. My voice turned all very geezerish for this which is amazing. Plus they repeated it which is on my list of achievements in life.

I'll see what i can hunt down for another post before yet another week flies by!

Mew. How is my iccle friend? Have you looked at the moon yet, it's huge today. I looked through my seashell (and broken glass and dolly teapots i've found on the beach) collection the other day, i need a special shelf for them.

Let's have a messy post today. Yesterday i found this old Hans Christian Andersen book which may just be a first edition circa 1880's-1900's, ooo, the possibilities.

I did some more edits of the photos of me wearing the black dress i design and made-ed.

And finally, i thought i'd introduce you to my current project for college which i am basing around A Midsummer Night's Dream and Mori Girls. Just some initial experiments and moodboards.

I'll post some rough sketches in the next few days. Ho-ho.
